Screen Won’t Display Correctly After Creating Avatar or Starting the Game
We are currently investigating this issue, and will provide more information as it’s available.
As a temporary solution, we suggest changing the PS4 system language to English (United States).
Refer to following steps to change the PS4 language settings;
1. Go to [Settings] > [PlayStation Network/Account Management] > [Account Information] > [Language].
2. Enter your password, select the language you want from the drop down menu and select [Confirm].
3. Select [Confirm] in the new language.
