Some players may have had items or equipment used up as materials at the Equipment Training Ground without having used the Amulet for Training.
In order to improve the gaming environment for our players, equipment and items will be restored under the following conditions.

Thank you for your patience as we work on improving the UI and item selling warnings at the Equipment Training Ground.


[Restoration Conditions]

– Equipment and items will be restored 1 time only per account.

[Equipment and Items to be Restored]

– 4★ or above equipment that was used as a material without using the Amulet for Training
– 3★ or above items that were accidentally sold
*Items and equipment may be restored 1 time for each of the above conditions, not 1 time total.
*This restoration is limited to only 1 equipment or item per above condition.


[Example I]
– Lena’s 5★ main equipment was lost without using the Amulet for Training… 1 item to restore
– Accidentally sold a 3★ EXP Orb 1000… 1 item to restore

[Example II] – Lena’s 5★ main and sub equipment were lost without using the Amulet for Training… 2 items, cannot restore both. *You must pick 1 of these items to restore
– Accidentally sold a 3★ EXP Orb 1000… 1 item to restore


[Time Frame for Restoration]

– Generally speaking, equipment and items are to be restored within 1 week of losing them.
*Equipment and items lost before this announcement may be restored even after 1 week has passed, but investigating the matter may take some time.

[How to Restore Equipment/Items]

(1) In the game, go to “Game Title Screen” > “MENU” > “Inquiries”, and select “Item is lost” > “Item Restoration” as the type of inquiry.
(2) Select the required items, and tell us the following information as best you can.
– The proper name and quantity of the lost item
– How the applicable item was lost
– The date and time that the applicable item was lost

Once we confirm the lost item in our investigation, the item will be restored.
Investigation results normally take a few days, but may take a few weeks under special circumstances.
Items may not be recovered if any of the following conditions apply.
If you are unsure whether these conditions apply, or if anything above is unclear, please contact us about what you would like to restore.
– If it has been longer than 1 week since the item was lost (excluding equipment and items lost before this announcement)
– If the lost item could not be confirmed after an investigation was done by the administration team
– If an item has already been restored

*Restoration is not guaranteed, even if the above conditions apply to the item to restore.
*Restoration is not guaranteed if your claim is different from our investigation results.
*If an account is found to be abusing item restoration, the item restoration will be refused, and the account may be suspended.
*Restoration may not be guaranteed if we cannot contact you due to incorrect domain settings, etc.
