Placing this facility will unlock boards used to upgrade equipment, then by setting a Rune and consuming some Gold you can upgrade equipment.
You may set Awaken Runes up to the Awakening Cost limit written on the board, but the used Awakening Cost will be different depending on the kind of Awaken Rune that’s been set.

“Further, the Awakening Cost limit can be increased by raising the Equipment Skill in the,Equipment Training Ground.
You can’t set all of the Runes, so try to find your own unique upgrade patterns.
All Runes will be removed when changing equipment, and some will be returned to your inventory.
The ratio of Runes that are returned will be increased when you upgrade the facility, but take note that the Gold used to do so will not be returned.
