[May 13 updated] Accounts Banned for System Abusing

Throughout the investigation, we have specified system abusing from several accounts. These accounts will be banned concurrently with this notice.
Also, the accounts with system abusing records before May 7th, 2021, when our prior notice has been published, are also banned.
Please note that the accounts with intentional abusing records can be banned at anytime without prior notice.
