Greetings Adventurers!
First of all, we wanted to thank everyone for making the Spooky Scavenger Hunt such a fun-filled event. We have enjoyed sharing hints and teasers, seeing all of you share your theories as you hunt around the lands of Iyarr. Now it’s time to announce a brand new community event!
Caravan Stories Photo Shoot! Starting Monday, October 21st we are looking for the sharpest eyes in Iyarr to show their creativity using the photo mode in-game! From October 21st until the end of October 25th adventurers can share one of their snaps per social platform to go in the running for some great swag.
Tag the official Caravan Stories accounts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, share your photo with the hashtag #CSPhotoShoot and you will automatically go into the draw! Over the weekend we will post up a community voting page and the top three photos will win a swag bag!
Just like last time, we are also running a Share/RT giveaway for those who share the initial posts on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Official Rules:
These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the operation of the Aiming CARAVAN STORIES PHOTO MODE CONTEST (“Contest”). Aiming, 7th Floor, LINK SQUARE SHINJUKU, 5-27-5 Sendagaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan, is the Contest sponsor (“Sponsor”).
DEFINITIONS
In these Rules, “Aiming”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Sponsor and “you” and “yourself” refers to a Contest participant, or the parent/legal guardian of any minor Contest entrant. By entering you (your parent/legal guardian if you are a minor) agree to be bound by these rules.
ENTRY PERIOD
The Contest starts at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) on Monday, October 21st, 2019, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on Friday, October 25th, 2019 (“Entry Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
Employees and directors of Aiming and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and Contest Parties are not eligible, nor are persons involved in the execution or administration of this promotion, or the family members of each above (parents, children, siblings, spouse/domestic partners, or individuals residing in the same household). Limited to US residents only.
HOW TO ENTER
No Purchase Necessary.
To enter, you must (1) create a new account or use an existing account on www.facebook.com (“Facebook”), www.instagram.com (“Instagram”), and www.twitter.com (“Twitter”); (2) Follow the ‘Caravan Stories’ Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/caravanstories/, the @Caravan_Stories Twitter handle at https://twitter.com/Caravan_Stories, and the @caravanstories_ Instagram handle at https://www.instagram.com/caravanstories_; and (3) post a picture taken using the ‘Caravan Stories’ in-game photo mode and post it via Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, tagging the appropriate ‘Caravan Stories’ account and using #CSPhotoShoot in the post during the Entry Period.
Only ONE (1) entry per platform (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) per day permitted for a maximum amount of THREE (3) entries per day. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays by posting multiple photos, using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s plays and that entrant may be disqualified.
To enter the Retweet/Share campaign, you must (1) create a new account or use an existing account on www.facebook.com (“Facebook”), www.instagram.com (“Instagram”), and www.twitter.com (“Twitter”); (2) Follow the ‘Caravan Stories’ Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/caravanstories/, the @Caravan_Stories Twitter handle at https://twitter.com/Caravan_Stories, and the @caravanstories_ Instagram handle at https://www.instagram.com/caravanstories_; and (3) retweet and/or share the Photo Mode Contest announcement post from the ‘Caravan Stories’ Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts.
Posts, photos, retweets, and shares may NOT contain, as determined by us in our sole and absolute discretion, any content that is obscene or offensive, violent, defamatory, disparaging or illegal, or that promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco or a particular political agenda, or that communicates messages that may reflect negatively on the goodwill of ‘Caravan Stories’ or Aiming. Posts and/or photos containing such content will be disqualified.
We are not responsible for excess, lost, late, or incomplete entries. If disputed, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address, social media account, or other method used to enter.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Eligible entries will be posted on the official ‘Caravan Stories’ Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts on Saturday, October 26th at 8:00 AM PT. Users can vote on their favorite photo and can only vote once. Voting begins Saturday, October 26th at 8:00 AM PT and ends Sunday, October 27th at 11:59 PM PT.
Eligible entries for the Retweet/Share campaign will be collected and ONE (1) random winner will be selected on Monday, October 28th.
Multiple votes are prohibited. Any attempt by any user to vote more than once by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that user’s votes.
Winners will be notified via direct message on Monday, October 28th with prize claim instructions, including submission deadlines. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or fails to return any Forms, the selected winner will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be selected time allowing. If you are a potential winner and you are 13 or older, but are considered a minor in your place of legal residence, we may require your parent or legal guardian to sign all required forms on your behalf. Once the winners of the Photo Mode Contest have been contacted, confirmed eligible, claimed their prize, and returned any and all Forms, they will be announced on the ‘Caravan Stories’ Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts with their winning photos displayed.

We will only award one (1) of each prize per person/authorized social media account holder during the Entry Period. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted. Prizes will be sent no later than 28 days after winner selection. Prize winners may be required to complete and return prize claim and / or tax forms (“Forms”) within the deadline stated in the winner notification. Taxes on the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of accepting a prize. By accepting a prize, you agree that Aiming may use your entry, name, image and hometown online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with this Contest without payment or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law.
ODDS
The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the extent allowed by law, by entering you agree to release and hold harmless Aiming and its respective parents, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising in connection with this Contest or any prize won.
All local laws apply. The decisions of Aiming are final and binding.
We reserve the right to cancel, change or suspend this Contest for any reason, including cheating, technology failure, catastrophe, war or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that affects the integrity of this Contest, whether human or mechanical. If the integrity of the Contest cannot be restored, we may select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the Contest. Rules violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and may be banned from participation in Aiming Contests.
USE OF YOUR ENTRY
Personal data you provide while entering this Contest will be used by Aiming and/or its agents and prize fulfillers acting on Aiming’s behalf only for the administration and operation of this Contest.
GOVERNING LAW
This Contest will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of Tennessee for any disputes arising out of this Contest.
