New Features & Spec Revisions

Thank you for playing Caravan Stories PlayStation® 4.
We have made a balance update regarding functions and features on November 29th as followings.

New Functions
  • New Feature – High Beast & New Equipment – Blessing Card
  • The Sunlight Master Kirin, Pterocular, and Towering Skeletree make their appearance as the first stage in the new High Beast content.
    Defeating High Beasts will give you a chance to receive Blessing Cards as a reward.
    Gather Blessing Cards and upgrade them to make the characters in your Deck even stronger!

  • Introducing the New Pass System
  • A new Pass system has been added to the game, purchasing which allows players to gain a variety of buffs and daily rewards within a set period.
    For more information about these mysterious Heroes, refer to Help page.
    Added Functions
  • New Status Effects
  • The new status effects “Hellfire,” “Nullify Specific Status Effect,” “Mania,” “Mad Wind,” “Physical Damage Negation,” “Magical Damage Negation,” “Earthglow,” “Damage Cut,” “Kyubi’s Power,” and “Physical Vulnerability” have been added to the game.

  • New Icons Added
  • The Poison used by the Great Eto Demon Inu differs from the status effect applied by normal Poison, but it was difficult for players to tell since the icon was the same for both. Therefore, the Poison used by the Great Eto Demon Inu has been given a unique icon.

  • Infernal Added to Ravaged Battlefields “Temple of Kukuru,” “Sphera Storehouse” and “Lobuno Water Tower”
  • Infernal difficulty has been added to the Ravaged Battlefields “Temple of Kukuru,” “Sphera Storehouse” and “Lobuno Water Tower.”
    In addition to Dungeon Points, Infernal difficulty also rewards players with another set of points that can only be earned in Infernal, which can be exchanged at the specialty shop for 6★ equipment for Beasts.

  • CSC Attack Parts Added
  • Three varieties of Attack Parts for use in CSC have been added.
    Lightning Cannon, Mortar, Bronze Cannon

  • New Stage Added to CSC
  • A new stage, “Ghelbours Outpost Defensive Battle,” has been added to CSC.

  • Cross Story and Story Quests of certain Heroes are added.
  • Adjusted/Modified Functions
  • Cutscenes have been added/adjusted
  • Added/adjusted the following cutscenes.
    – Arman Story 2 (Rifle Attack)

  • Adjusted Effects
  • Effects have been added to Ralph’s Normal Skill.

  • Changes: Sort
  • The default “—” used in sorting has been changed to “Relevance.”
    For the Evolve and Limit Break tabs, which can be accessed by selecting [Menu ⇒ Character Screen], the default sorting option has been set to “Order by Amount of Anima Owned.”

  • Changes: BP Ranking
  • When ranking characters by BP, characters who possess the same BP are displayed as being equal in ranking.

  • Changes: Beast
  • To ensure players do not accidentally return Beasts they have trained home, changing equipment (including Accessories), upgrading Skills, releasing Support Equipment Slots, and performing Limit Breaks will automatically register Beasts in your Favorites.

  • Changes: Accessory Storage
  • In Accessory Storage, Accessories that are currently equipped now display an icon showing the character they are equipped to.
    Added an “Unequip” button to the Details Page of Accessories that are currently equipped.

  • Changes: Skill Upgrade
  • Added the ability to level up multiple Skill Levels at once to the Skill Upgrade Screen.

  • Changes: Wisdom Vessel
  • Added the ability to unlock multiple Wisdom Vessels at once to the Wisdom Vessel Screen.

  • Changes: Rune Board
  • Added the ability to check a list of materials to see what is required when unlocking Runes on the Rune Board if there are insufficient materials.

  • Changes: Autoplay
  • When entering into Battle with an Active Beast while using Autoplay set to Material, Autoplay will no longer be canceled by capturing a Beast after winning the battle, but will maintain the previous Material setting as with other Autoplay settings.

  • Changes: Peddler
  • When purchasing items at Shops, the player’s position on the page is maintained after making a purchase and no longer scrolls back to the top of the page.

  • Changes: Filter
  • Added a “Skill Details” item to the Filter Screen.
    Pressing “Select” under Skill Details will allow the player to filter for “Objective,” “Target,” and “Special Traits.”
    Added the option to filter for resistances given by outfits under the Status Effect Resistance filter.

  • Changes: Room Name
  • When creating a room for a Ravaged Battlefield, because characters with 8 character long names were going over the room title character limit due to the addition of the characters “『』の部屋”, the room title character limit has been raised to a maximum of 13 characters.

  • Changes: Hero/Crafty Hero’s Trial
  • Added a Reward Check button to the Preparations Screen for Hero’s Trial and Crafty Hero’s Trial.

  • Changes: Field Battle
  • Added a button to the Field Screen that allows players to toggle Auto Battle between OFF, ON (Auto 1), and ON (Auto 2) modes.

    Spec Changes
  • Changes: Ravaged Battlefield
  • Changed all difficulty settings of Ravaged Battlefields so that when the player runs from a battle within the Ravaged Battlefield, it is counted as if the player had lost.

    Abolition
  • Phantasm’s Blessing – Abolition
  • Alongside the addition of the new Pass system, the old Phantasm’s Blessing system that offered buffs according to the number of Phantasm Gems the player held has been discontinued.

    ▼Current Specifications
    Buffs become active according to the number of Phantasm Gems held.

    500 Gems: EXP Rate UP
    1000 Gems: Gold Rate UP
    1500 Gems: Movement Speed UP
    3000 Gems: Beast Capture Rate UP

    ▼Specifications After Changes
    Purchasing the Pass will cause all of the above buffs to become active for the specified duration, regardless of the number of Phantasm Gems held.
    *Purchasing the free Pass will give the player the same effects as given by Phantasm’s Blessing.
