Battle
Battle
Defeat all enemy characters to win the battle, but it will be game over if all allied characters/Caravans are destroyed.
Additionally, by equipping certain Exterior Parts to your Caravan, you can have it give support from your back line during battles.
*Beasts will need to be selected with L1 or R1 button in certain quests.
*Some Beasts will start a battle when you come into contact with them.
*Some battles will have a time limit.
Target
Select the enemy you'd like to attack with the L2 or R2 button.
You can also press left or right on the Directional buttons to select a character, then move that character with the Left stick.
The character icon is displayed in red when a target is specified.
After targeting, pressing left or right on the Directional buttons while on that character's icon will cancel the attack.
Skills
Select the character icon at the bottom right of the screen with the left/Right stick, then press the
button to confirm.Further, use the left stick to adjust the direction/target of the activated skill, then press the
button to use the skill.*Skills cannot be used if CT is still charging.
*The countdown value will be displayed if CT is still charging.
EXIT
You may escape from battles with [EXIT] from the OPTIONS button.
Please take note that neither the consumed Phantasm Gem nor the Stamina will be refunded if you escape from battle.
*There are some battles where escape is not possible.
AUTO
The character will automatically use their Active Skill if the [Sword Icon] is on after pressing the
button.Two stages of settings are available, with the AUTO2 setting making the next Active Skill activate faster.
The camera will move automatically if the [Camera Icon] is on after pressing the L3 button.
Move Together/Move Separately
Select the 
button to switch between Move Together and Move Separately.
You can control multiple Characters during battle
by selecting each Character you wish to control with the cursor, then pressing up on the D-pad.
You can cancel your selection by moving your cursor to the selected Character
and pressing down on the D-pad.
