Houshou Marine's Normal Skill Description is Different from Spec

We have found out that the description concerning Houshou Marine’s Normal Skill is not applied correctly. Her Normal Skill has 20% chances of inflicting debuff upon each hit.
*It is only a skill description problem, In-game spec is applied accurately, so her Normal Skill will have 20% chances of inflicting debuff upon each hit.

We are planning to fix the issue by the maintenance on Dec 9.
