Can't log in after switching the language issue

We found some users are having problem with logging in after switching the language as following.
  • (1) Game freeze while loading
  • (2) Restart the game after (1), download fails and cannot login

    • Currently we are investigating the issue.
    Please DO NOT switch your language before we figure out the solution.

    You might re-login by deleting the saved data.

    ▼How to delete the saved data
    PS4 Home > Settings > Storage > Saved Data > CARAVAN STORIES > OPTIONS > Delete
    *Please note that some of your presettings will be reset after you delete the saved data.
